Downhill Mountain Bike Team history:

PerformX has owned and operated both a Canadian National and World Cup Downhill Mountain bike team since 2010.  Since inception, the team has won a total of 4 Canadian National Championships in a row.  In 2012, the team was able to compete both nationally and as a part-time UCI World Cup team.  In 2013, the team stepped up to a full-time UCI World Cup team.  PerformX is proud of it’s 4 steady years of growth, supporting and developing Canadian talent, and representing the sponsors and brands who have supported along the way.


    • 2010 Canadian National Championship – Remi Gauvin 1st place Jr. Expert
    • 2011 Canadian National Championship – Kyle Sangers 1st place Jr. Expert
    • 2012 Mont Sainte Anne UCI World Cup – Micayla Gatto 5th place (podium finish) Elite Women
    • 2012 Canadian National Championship – Casey Brown 1st place Elite Women
    • 2012 Crankworx – Casey Brown 1st place Garbanzo DH and Canadian Open Pro Women, including ‘Queen Of Crankworx’ award.
    • 2012 Hafjell UCI World Cup – Casey Brown 4th place (podium finish) Elite Women
    • 2013 Canada Cup Series – Kyle Sangers 1st place overall winner in series
    • 2013 Canada Cup Series – Remi Gauvin 3rd place overall in series
    • 2013 Canada Cup Series – Micayla Gatto 2nd place overall in series
    • 2013 Hafjell UCI World Cup – Remi Gauvin 37th place Elite Men (personal best)
    • 2013 Leogang UCI World Cup – Kyle Sangers 20th place Elite Men (personal best)
